ARC ONE DESCRIPTION
Also known as Luther, the vizier of King Adam of Rose Amon is a shrill and conniving old man of shockingly thin build. He is paranoid, nationalistic, sycophantic, and unabashed political opportunist. Still, Adam has grown to trust Luther due to past experiences, and knows that the man is in the highest station that he desires, and is therefore not a threat to Adam.
