A Ven Quari who arrives to receive the gift of Chosen infants that Wisp had intended to provide to his people, showing he intended to help rebirth a new Fey and restore the nearly dead race. It was his intervention that led to Reginald being reborn in a skymetal form. The reason why, and the truth behind Tuft’s goals and actions, is a mystery.
